Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about Tripvoria travel planning, visa support, tours and enquiries.

Do you sell flight tickets directly through the website?
Not yet — Tripvoria currently operates on a consultation and enquiry model. Submit a quote request or flight enquiry and a consultant will follow up with fare options.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. Tripvoria provides visa advisory and application support, but visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
Do I need to create an account to buy from The Shop?
You can browse The Shop freely without one, but yes — creating a free account is required to check out, pay securely and track your order afterward.
How quickly will I hear back after submitting an enquiry?
A consultant typically responds within one business day. You will also receive an automatic acknowledgement email with your enquiry reference as soon as you submit.
Can Tripvoria help with a last-minute trip?
Often, yes — though options may be more limited close to your travel date, particularly for visas and group bookings. Contact us as early as possible either way.
Do package prices include flights?
Unless stated otherwise in a package's inclusions, international flights are arranged separately or as an add-on. Request a quote for a full breakdown.
Can I buy Shop items and request a travel package at the same time?
Yes, as two independent steps — add items to your cart and check out through The Shop, and separately submit a quote request for your trip. Feel free to mention any travel essentials you're planning to buy in your quote request's notes.
Does Tripvoria handle corporate travel accounts?
Yes — see our Corporate Travel service for managed business travel arrangements.
What information should I include in a travel enquiry?
Share your destination, preferred dates, number of travellers, approximate budget and the purpose of the trip. Mention any visa support, accessibility, dietary, room or transfer requirements so the first proposal can be properly tailored.
Can my itinerary be changed after I receive the first proposal?
Yes. The first proposal is a planning starting point. Your consultant can refine the pace, accommodation level, activities and transport options before anything is confirmed, subject to live availability and fare conditions.
How are prices and availability confirmed?
Website content is indicative until a consultant checks current flights, accommodation, supplier availability, exchange rates and any destination-specific fees. You receive a clear quotation before payment or confirmation.
Do you support families, groups and travellers with special requirements?
Yes. Tell us the ages in your group and any mobility, accessibility, medical, dietary or rooming considerations at enquiry stage. We will identify suitable options and clearly explain any supplier limitations.
